Your Key Responsibilities
- Being general support to the Recruitment Team (i.e., SAP SuccessFactors) delivered through remote channels (i.e., e-mail, ticketing system, MS Teams) according to agreed-upon procedures
- Maintaining general data in HR systems
- Serving as first point of contact for candidates and stakeholders
- Providing process and training support for colleagues
- Participating in transition or implementation projects
- Performing other ad hoc HR administrative tasks
Your Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a degree
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) or willingness to become familiar with new tools
- Very good command of Polish, English, and German (minimum B2 level)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
