Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the HR Delivery team in different process areas, such as HR Data Management or Administration of Trainings
- General data maintenancing in HR systems
- Supporting the documentation management
- Taking part in operational meetings
- Other ad hoc HR administration tasks
Your Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a degree
- Very good command of both German and English language (min. B2 level)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to become familiar with new tools and applications, such as SAP HR or Service NOW
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Customer oriented approach & can-do attitude
- Flexibility and openness to new challenges and experiences
- Proactive and eager to learn
