Your Key Responsibilities
- Providing support to Logistics Teams in their daily activities
- Verifying if freight invoices are issued in accordance with transport specifications, applicable incoterms and contractual agreements for export and import shipments
- Opening disputes once the billed costs are not equal to the calculated costs
- Allocating costs in accordance with applicable guidelines
- Cooperating with logistics service providers
Your Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a degree
- Fluency in both English and Polish, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in MS Excel - experience with VBA, data manipulation, database management, and advanced statistical and analytical techniques is advantageous
- Responsibility and accuracy
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational and planning skills
