Financial Strategy and Operations Specialist Non-SAP Legal Entities (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the local CFO and management by providing strategic financial insights and recommendations
• Prepare comprehensive management reports and offer financial consulting services to assist in strategic decision-making
• Act as a co-pilot in the development and execution of financial strategies and operations for the organization
• Collaborate with the accounting team on financial reporting and support the transformation to IFRS standards
• Manage financial control processes and provide necessary data for SAP consolidation efforts
• Oversee the management of local tax information and ensure data is accurately uploaded into the Global Tax Control system
• Manage deferred tax reporting efficiently
• Collaborate with local banks, maintain bank accounts, and oversee and authorize payment processes
• Plan liquidity strategies and support corporate treasury functions
• Handle budgeting processes and divisional controlling, focusing on areas such as sales, overhead, and investments
• Contribute to corporate controlling initiatives
• Manage assets including car fleet, travel, and real estate, ensuring compliance with established processes
• Ensure all local finance-related processes adhere to group regulations, standards, and procedures
• Perform Month-end, Quarterly and Year-end closing activities
• Manage internal and external queries

Your Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Controlling, Taxation, or other finance-related studies
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
• 3-5 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or controlling roles
• Advanced analytical skills and a strong attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and general MS Office applications
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent time management, punctuality and good organizational skills
• Problem-solving abilities - capacity to quickly and effectively address financial and operational issues
• Adaptability to change - ability to work in a changing environment with a readiness to learn and implement new procedures and perform variable tasks
• Availability for occasional international travel
