Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • Capturing demand from internal colleagues to understand the needs of business units and the organization as a whole
  • Prioritizing assignments, requirements, and working time to maximize business benefit
  • Working with technical specialists and external suppliers to investigate solution possibilities in systems and processes
  • Performing system configuration and related administrative tasks
  • Using requirements and process/information modelling practices to analyze findings and develop suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
  • Creating conceptual descriptions, prototypes, and mock-ups to support broader solution understanding
  • Developing business cases and risk assessments for solution proposals
  • Preparing project proposals, leading assignments, and delivering regular status reports
  • Gaining agreement, usually from senior management, on the best method of introducing solutions to the organization
  • Driving and coordinating change processes, including communication with relevant stakeholders regarding progress and concerns
  • Producing written documentation to support analysis activities, solution rollouts, and system/process documentation
  • Delivering training and coaching the organization and teams in implementing recommended changes, including helping resolve issues
  • Showing leadership and taking charge of workshops and project teams
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of working procedures around business system environments
  • Applying strong business domain knowledge within order management, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing, as well as a good understanding of related financial processes
  • Acting as the subject matter expert for transactional IT systems related to order management, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing
  • Supporting the organization with how-to matters and resolving system issues required to manage operational business, including hands-on problem solving when needed

 

Your Qualifications

 

  • Completed studies in Business Administration or Computer Science, ideally with a specialization in Business Information Systems, or related fields
  • Relevant experience in participating in IT change initiatives and managing assignments
  • Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience, preferably in similar positions or roles such as Management Consultant, ERP Specialist Consultant, or Project Manager
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing domains is considered an asset
  • Flunt verbal and communication skills in English (min. B2 level) 
  • Proficiency in the Polish language (min. C1 level)
  • Strong expertise in information systems and in-depth knowledge of ERP ecosystems, particularly Infor M3; SAP experience is considered an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to varied audiences and prepare technical and instructional documentation
  • Structured approach combined with a pragmatic focus on delivering results
  • Strong analytical skills with an informed, evidence-based approach
  • Ability to motivate others and lead change
  • Capability and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team, with respectful approach
  • Readiness to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Passion for creating solutions and a positive attitude toward change
  • Strong interest in business and process improvements
  • Willingness to support colleagues, while continuously seeking opportunities to simplify, and standardize work procedures to raise organizational competence
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a small team, with willingness to go beyond direct responsibilities and proactively improve working procedures
