Your Key Responsibilities

• Process analysis, improvement, standardization and implementation of tools 
• Implementing processes with the Indirect Material tools according to company rules (e.g. policies, work instructions, etc.)
• Increasing strategy and roadmap for automation increase within Indirect Material purchasing
• Advising from systems perspective, toward implementation of efficiency measures and automation (e.g. RPA, catalog management, process management)
• Creating of new training documentation
• Running projects for system improvements, enhancements and rollout to new locations
• Responsibility for the rollout to new locations and maintenance for existing users/locations of the global Indirect Material purchasing platforms (e.g. Coupa, VTOS+)
• Supporting  the alignment of priorities and directions with purchasing management and cross functional management (e.g. Finance, IT)
• Designing and working with DSPM on the Indirect Material roadmap

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in one of the following fields: Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or comparable qualifications
• Strong understanding of Project Management, Transformation, Process Excellence
• Proven experience in driving initiatives in global business environment
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. C1 level)  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High ability and willingness to approach other persons and cultures in an unbiased and open manner and to work with their opinions and expectations
• Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking 
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills 
• Strong problem-solving skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy 
• Open to frequent international business travels ( 5% of the time)
