Your Key Responsibilities
- Processing and approving role requests according to standardized specifications for the HRS systems (SAP HCM/ SF SuccessFactors/ServiceNow/Aconso/DPA)
- Creation of evaluations for role analyses as well as project support for role/user analysis and data management
- Support in the regular adjustment of roles and authorizations as well as the associated concepts
- Support in the request and creation of test users and test systems for projects as well as their cleanup and deletion
- Implementation of standardized/automated tests for release upgrades as well as test support
- Support in data management for standardized data maintenance for quality assurance and data deletion
- Processing and forwarding of ServiceNow tickets
Your Qualifications
- Studies in business informatics with 2-3 years of experience
- Solid knowledge of the SAP HCM service portfolio in the area of master data, ad hoc query as well as knowledge of roles and authorizations
- Knowledge of one of the systems SuccessFactors/ServiceNow/Aconso/Digital Personnel File is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- High IT affinity and fast comprehension skills
- Basic understanding of HR standard processes desired
