Your Key Responsibilities

In this position the candidate will be responsible for supporting Atlassian products in the company (currently: Jira DC, Confluence DC) starting from infrastructure, system administration, development of scripts and custom solutions, and integration with other systems through APIs or other interfaces. Access to new technologies that will be able to use in daily work, such as Azure, Docker, OpsHub, etc. We are looking for great team player who understands the value of knowledge sharing within the team.

Our ideal candidate:

Develops and integrates IT solutions (systems, applications and/or application components) according to its technical specifications in an assigned area of work or organizational unit
Clarifies and reviews requirements and specifications to understand software engineering requirements.
Works with L2 and L3 Service Requests
Ensures proper coding in cooperation with other team members and performs bug verification and testing
Ensures proper documentation is updated

Your Qualifications

Good knowledge of Linux (Red hat 8) OS
You know the value of sharing your knowledge with other team members
Very good understanding of Jira DC (Software & Service Management) and Confluence DC administration
Very good written and spoken English
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
Experience in working with Jira API
Understanding of Jira database structure (MSSQL - Azure)
Able to manage Data Center infrastructure
Able to write scripts: Groovy (Scriptrunner), Bash, Python
Has knowledge of popular plugins for Jira and Confluence, e.g. Script Runner, Big Picture, SAML SSO, eazyBI, Xray etc.
Eager to solve problems based on business description
Creativity when solving problems or creating new solutions
Ability to communicate with the business regarding Requirements
Reliable and conscientious performance of your tasks
Full of ideas and not afraid to implement innovations

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Windows OS
Good written and spoken German
Experience in working Service Now and SAP
Ability to train and pass knowledge to colleagues
