Your Key Responsibilities
- Requesting, checking and maintaining preferential supplier's declaration via SAP-GTS
- Issuing preferential supplier's declaraton via SAP-GTS
- Maintaining foreign trade data in customer portals
- Maintaining and monitoring origin related master data in SAP-ERP and SAP-GTS
- Supporting external suppliers and customers with origin related requests via mail or phone communication
- Analyzing preferential calculation results and taking actions to improve the preferential status
- Implementing and reporting measures to allow for error prevention
- Supporting the Corporate Customs Europe team with origin related analyses and projects
- Supporting digitalization process
Your Qualifications
- Master studies in International Business or other related field or within the last 2 years of a University
- Up to 2 years of experience in foreign trade
- Good IT system skills
- SAP/SAP-GTS skills are advantages
- Very Good English at upper intermediate level
- Good communication skills
- Team player
- Advanced Excel skills
- Solution-oriented and structured way of working
