Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • Maintaining customer structures in the bonus management system
  • Ensuring alignment of bonuses with customer contracts and proper approval according to guidelines
  • Calculating customer rebate reports and communicating them to stakeholders
  • Creating credit and debit notes and assuring correct approval workflow
  • Communicating approved notes to customers
  • Monitoring weekly invoicing runs in SAP to identify blocked or incorrect documents
  • Checking monthly credit and debit notes not processed properly
  • Presenting findings to diverse audiences at all organizational levels
  • Uploading sales conditions and promotions into SAP
  • Daily handling of dispute cases and account monitoring to support the overdue reduction
  • Liaising with various departments to communicate customer and sales requirements
  • Aligning customer expectations with company capabilities and performance

 

Your Qualifications

 

  • Few years of professional experience in commercial roles, sales support, sales analysis, or similar positions
  • Fluency in both French and English with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
  • Strong intercultural understanding of the French market
  • Possession of a valid passport and willingness to frequent international business travels
  • Commercial awareness with understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and customer behavior to address daily business challenges and claims effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in bonus calculations and reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic project management skills for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially Sales, Customer Service, and Accounting
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new tools, methodologies and industry practices
