Your Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, updating, renewing and maintaining standard contract documentation, ensuring compliance with the contract management process
- Maintaining customers' structures in the bonus management system and calculating and communicating customer rebate reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the pricing and sales team with customer queries, updating (NTR / Supersessions) and general processing and organising along with creating and maintaining of pricelists and price round impacts
- The gathering, cleaning and analysing of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and insights that inform sales strategies and performance
- Developing and maintaining regular sales performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights
- Working closely with sales teams to understand their challenges and needs, providing data-driven support to enhance their effectiveness
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sales data by implementing quality control measures and conducting regular data audits
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure that customer and sales requirements are accurately communicated and fulfilled
Your Qualifications
- Previous experience in a commercial, sales support, sales analysis or a similar role, typically ranging from 2 to 5 years
- Knowledge of SAP, experience with Salesforce and Power BI will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a solid understanding of statistical methods and their application
- Business-level fluency in English is required, knowledge of German will be an added advantage
- An understanding of sales processes, market dynamics and customer behaviour
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify problems and develop data-driven solutions
- Basic project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-funcional teams, particularly Sales, Customer Services and Technical
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new tools, methodologies and industry practices as they evolve
