Commercial Operations Specialist with German (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities
- Creating and submitting customer-specific certificates (RoHS, REACH, Conflict minerals, etc.)
- Maintenance of master data for materials and customers
- Bonus handling in the area of indirect sale
- Creating of credit and debit note
- Recording customer-specific requirements, evaluating and processing sales-relevant topics; initiating the necessary internal processes
- Clarification of delivery dates with demand management or production in the quotation process
- Portals: sending and forwarding portal requests (quotations, certificates, complaints, etc.) and setting up the required documents
- Error handling of digital orders
- Preparing quotations, i.e., converting competitor designations, clarifying costs and deadlines if necessary
- Supporting in handling customer complaints, if necessary, finding a goodwill solution with the customer
- Supporting customers in coordination with OEM Sales and KAMs
- Processing of commercial customer inquiries
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Very good English and German language skills (min. B2)
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 SD Module and SAP APO
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Previous experience with the RFQ process is a plus
- Commercial or technical training with proof of sales experience is advantageous
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
