Your Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and submitting customer-specific certificates, such as RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, and Certificates of Compliance
- Handling commercial customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Communicating results to customers and ensuring cases are properly closed once resolved
- Maintaining master data for materials and customers
- Supporting daily business operations and administrative activities
Your Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a degree
- Fluency in both English and German, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive and eager to learn
