Business Presentation Specialist/Senior Specialist (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Designing and developing compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and other relevant software
• Enhancing existing presentations to improve visual appeal, clarity, and overall effectiveness
• Reviewing presentation content for accuracy, consistency, and grammatical correctness
• Ensuring that all documents adhere to company guidelines and quality standards
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high standards of work quality
• Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to gather necessary information and feedback
• Prioritizing tasks and managing workflow to ensure timely delivery of all presentation materials
• Reviewing and classifying requests based on content and estimated effort, checking for completeness and clarity, following up with requestors for clarification if needed, estimating and confirming deadlines
• Assigning requests to specific production resources to ensure optimal quality and timeliness of execution

Your Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, proficiency in German is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Strong sense of layout and design (preferably, extensive professional experience in the field of graphics and design, or a completed degree in design studies)
• Ability to present complex facts and data clearly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and information sharing
• Attention to detail
