Accounts Receivable Specialist with German (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Processing full-cycle cash allocation, cash management, credit management, and AR master data management
• Maintaining, applying and checking credit limits in compliance with Credit Insurance requirements and Bank Guarantees
• Reviewing and releasing daily delivery blocks
• Ongoing monitoring of payments
• Collection of all outstanding items due on assigned accounts
• Dispute management, including differentiation and resolution of discrepancies
• Preparing variety of credit and collection documentation
• Execution of receivables activities, such as invoice and credit note verification, recharges, collection calls, and dunning documentation
• Reconciliation and analysis of account balances during month-end process
• Handling interactions with customers regarding Accounts Receivable financial documents
• Internal control test support and provision of required documentation
• Supporting the transition of local AR processes to the service center

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in economics or business administration with major in accounting
• 1–3 years of relevant work expertise in accounting and/or finance
• Experience with execution of Accounts Receivable processes
• Exposure to Financial Shared Services in a global company is considered an asset
• Familiarity with supporting process transitions is a plus
• Good understanding of financial accounting, reporting and internal control systems is advantageous
• Proficiency in SAP FI and MS Office Suite
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Polish, English and German (min. B2 level)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment, under pressure and within deadlines
• Willingness to embrace continuous improvement and constructive feedback
