Your Key Responsibilities
- Providing support to the Finance Team in receiving, reviewing, and checking financial documents for completeness
- Processing incoming payments using financial systems and tools
- Reporting on activities related to processed documents
- Supporting simple tasks performed by the Finance Team according to priorities, such as reviewing customers' open items, checking customer accounts, and reconciling and analyzing account balances during the month-end close process
- Contributing to the improvement of existing reporting templates and tools in Excel
- Participating in weekly and monthly Finance Team meetings
- Preparing and verifying documents for audit purposes in administration
- Supporting the Internal Control System
Your Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a degree, preferably in administration or finance
- Interest in finance processes
- Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to share knowledge and learn new tasks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Desire to gain first valuable experience and work in an international company
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proactive and eager to learn
