AI Business Control Tower Lead (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring effective governance and coordination across our AI control tower functions in a fully virtual organization 
• Establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving the blueprints, frameworks, and processes that underpin all AI operational activities
• Upholding process quality, compliance, and performance governance executed by the wider Control Tower team members, without direct operational task execution yourself
• Enforcing governance across functions such as AI performance monitoring, risk and compliance management, autonomous AI criteria definition, and process quality assurance
• Driving the alignment and standardization of AI governance practices to ensure transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement through close collaboration with stakeholders 
• Identifying gaps in governance and blueprint design proactively and leading efforts to address them to sustain high operational standards and support innovation 

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields, ideally with a background in AI governance
• Professional experience in conducting business analysis, process design, and quality assurance within AI or technology-driven environments 
• Strong understanding of AI risk management and compliance, including IT security-by-design principles
• Experience with AI use cases in administrative business functions such as Finance, HR, Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics SCM is a strong advantage 
• Experience in managing or coordinating virtual teams or decentralized organizational units is considered an asset
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy, specifically regarding process blueprints and control frameworks 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and business functions 
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. C1 level) 
• Knowledge of German and Polish is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time for work
