AI Business Consultant (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Bringing artificial intelligence directly into processes, teams, and the everyday life of a global company
• Partnering in transforming ideas into functional, scalable, and valuable solutions as well as implementing exploratory projects and proofing of concepts in an agile, cross-functional, and international manner in close collaboration with our development teams and business partners
• Advising different departments on the practical application of AI
• Identifying areas where AI can optimize processes and implementing these improvements quickly and effectively
• Shaping the AI landscape of tomorrow through workshops, training courses, and keynote speeches,
• Staying up to date on trends and new technologies and providing targeted input to promote innovative approaches and ensuring a smooth and effective implementation of AI projects

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in (business) computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, engineering or related fields 
• Very good command of the English language (min. C1 level)
• Knowledge of German is considered an asset  
• A proven experience in administration processes such as Finance, HR, Purchasing, Sales and Logistics SCM
• Consultancy experience in advising on and implementing AI solutions in administration business functions
• Proficiency in managing and implementing projects in the field of artificial intelligence, including the development of proof of concepts and exploratory projects, as well as in-depth knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and other relevant AI technologies, including their practical applications and challenges
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy  
• Capability to working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and coherently
• Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time for work
