Your Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing and proposing concepts for elastomer sealing systems.
  • Collaborate with the project teams for product development and lead root cause analysis and problem solving for sealing-related issues.
  • Provide training on relevant sealing standards to site associates.
  • Use technical expertise in material science to interpret test and calculation results and develop test methods for seals.
  • Align with suppliers on their capabilities and options for our sealing needs.
  • Responsible for evaluating drawing changes and deviations, providing technical support for validation and quality.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or other engineering field.
  • Minimum 1 year of applicable engineering experience
  • Understanding of vehicle powertrain architectures and components.
  • Understanding of modelling and simulating of electric or mechatronic systems.
  • Experience in risk analysis and DFMEA.
  • Experience in presenting engineering topics and moderating discussions.
  • Experience in solving engineering problems.
  • Clear communication ability (written & verbal).

Our Offering

  • Salary range: $75,000 - $120,000
  • Hiring Bonus: $500 after 90 days, $1000 after 180 days
  • Hybrid work schedule
