Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures utilization of generic or business specific (multi-)Project Management methods and tools, and ensures capacity and resource planning across project portfolio in accordance with the strategic direction.
  • Contribute to the development of general project management policies as well as to respective guidelines and ensure compliance for all projects under review.
  • Maintain and report project portfolio regarding project status, progress, maturity level, capacities and resources as well as potential risk factors.
  • Coordinate reviews of the projects, administration and documentation and plan, coordinate PM training and coaching of PMs.
  • Calculate needs for assessments and capacity forecasts (internal/external) and provide guidance on prioritization to budget accountable management, Project Managers or even to customers, if required.
  • Support planning of procurement volumes or capacities for projects in cooperation with other stakeholders (project procurement, plant management), if required.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred in Mechanical or Production engineering or engineering related field.
  • 3 to 5 years project management experience
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
