Your Key Responsibilities

We are thrilled to invite a passionate and experienced Project Manager of Digitalization to join our state-of-the-art E-Mobility facility in Dover, Ohio. In this influential role, you will drive digital transformation strategies across our organization, shaping the future of sustainable mobility and positioning us as a digital lighthouse within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digitalization roadmaps for assigned areas, ensuring every initiative is in alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Formulate and deliver a unified, global approach to organizational digitalization, contributing to the definition and implementation of roadmaps across multiple business units.
  • Define, structure, and govern overarching policies and guidelines from Business, Data, and IT perspectives to ensure seamless integration throughout all digitalization activities.
  • Design and champion the implementation of forward-thinking digitalization and IT policies, standards, programs, and guidelines that propel our transformation efforts.
  • Plan, allocate, and manage budgets for digitalization projects, guaranteeing optimal use of resources and clear achievement of project goals.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on the effectiveness of digital strategies, adapting and refining approaches to ensure key business objectives are met.
  • Lead innovative projects as part of our global digital lighthouse facility, continuously enhancing digital capability, operational excellence, and future-focused innovation.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, Machine Learning or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
