Your Key Responsibilities
- Communicating all the technical deliverables for an electric motor project to the Schaeffler Group team and reporting back the results to the customer.
- Coordinating tasks between Analysis, Design, and Testing groups.
- Facilitating brainstorm / problem sessions with the Schaeffler Group teams.
- Ensuring execution of deliverables meets the timing and cost set by project management.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering field and 5 or more years of practical experience or a Masters degree in an engineering field and 2 or more years of practical experience.
- Experience in presenting engineering topics and moderating discussions.
- Experience in solving engineering problems.
- Applicable engineering & physics knowledge.
- Understanding of vehicle powertrain architectures and components.
- Basic understanding of electric machines and controls of hydraulics and heat transfer.
- Communication ability (written & verbal).
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
