Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine cell assembly processes for metallic anode batteries. 
  • Conduct performance testing and characterization of battery cells.
  • Break down structures into subsystems and components and create a detailed product specification.
  • Develop and implement testing protocols to evaluate the battery prototype's performance.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the cell processing stages.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of processes and test results.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field.
  • Minimum one (1) year of practical experience.
  • Experience with cell manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Understanding of chemistry, electro-chemistry, and laboratory work.
  • Experience in presenting engineering topics and moderating discussions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear communication ability (written & verbal).
  • Extremely self-motivated & motivated to achieve results.
  • Ability to prioritize and make recommendations and decisions.
