- Salary range: $75,000 - $120,000
- Hybrid work schedule
- Hiring Bonus: $1500 after 90 days, $1000 after 12 months

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop ideas, designs and implementation of new power electronics components (48V, 400V, 800V).
- Develop component specifications out of system performance targets and create concepts and strategies (component protection, EMC, HV-safety).
- Coordinate development activities with suppliers with state-of-the-art standards (A-Spice, ISO26262).
- Ensure the component maturity by reviewing simulations and designs (schematics, layouts, ICDs).
- Commission and test inverters and axle systems.
- Analyze test results of the system supplier and derive appropriate courses of action.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering related field and 1 year of applicable experience.
- Applicable engineering & physics knowledge.
- Knowledge of the Product Development Process.
- Automotive knowledge or background preferred.
- Communication ability (written & verbal).
- Customer focused.
- Assertive approach to solving problems.
- Self-motivated & driven to achieve results.
