Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper recordkeeping of packaging material / spare parts, tools, and other inventory, returnable packaging, account handling and packaging supply (customer, supplier, and internal).
- Keep track of inventory materials and parts regularly.
- Identify future demand and order needed amount from suppliers based on forecast models and historical data analysis.
- Organize packaging by implementing established methods to prevent damage, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with shipping providers to dispatch products in line with the packaging standards.
- Follow up onpurchase orders to ensure timely delivery, monitor order status, and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.
- Work with Logistics team and set priorities for loading and unloading materials.
- Support with loading and unload trucks via equipment (forklift) hand jack .
Your Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field or 5 plus years of related experience
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience in a related role.
- Experience with SAP software.
