Your Key Responsibilities
- Continuously improve, develop, and adjust the Schaeffler production system for the assigned area of the organization.
- Define and implement measures to achieve high productivity in the company's core and support production processes.
- Apply essential engineering processes and provide input for strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of the engineering strategy within a core organizational field.
- Assist in aligning capacity demand, budget, and investment projects to ensure operational efficiency.
Your Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering
- Knowledge in production system development and improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for optimizing productivity
- Ability to contribute to strategic planning and engineering strategy development
- Knowledge in managing capacity demand, budgets, and investment projects
- Excellent communication skills for efficient collaboration across teams
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
