Your Key Responsibilities

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our dynamic E-Mobility facility in Dover, Ohio, as a Group Leader – Facilities Management. As we continue to drive innovation and excellence in the sustainable mobility sector, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated facilities professional to lead the efficient operation and continual improvement of our advanced facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize the delivery of both hard and soft services for our assigned facility sites, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company standards.
  • Implement, monitor, and uphold high standards of facility maintenance, managing all aspects of technical building operations as well as general services, including cleaning and upkeep.
  • Apply approved methodologies, procedures, and tools to execute facility management tasks, while efficiently managing budgets and available resources.
  • Oversee financial and contractual aspects of facility management, ensuring transparency, accountability, and continuous process improvement across all related services.
  • Define and coordinate project scope, organizational structure, resource allocation, and timing to support the seamless provision and implementation of facility services.
  • Foster strong working relationships and guide collaborative efforts with external partners, such as architects and construction engineers, to enhance the functionality, efficiency, and sustainability of our sites.
  • Lead facility investment projects, ensuring infrastructure and resources are maintained and enhanced to support the evolving needs of the organization.

Your Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Engineering, Facility Management or related discipline or vocational training w/ 5 years in similar role
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
