Your Key Responsibilities
- Conducts mechanical design engineering activities required to develop competitive products.
- Develops the structure of the mechanical system from the architecture and considers the measures from the risk analysis in the construction.
- Breaks down structures into subsystems and components and creates a detailed product specification.
- Checks whether existing subsystems and components can be reused.
- Develops alternative structures and selects the one that is most suitable.
- Ensures double-sided traceability with the mechanical architecture and provides work results under a configuration management (material designation, versioning, storage location, etc.).
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering related field and 1 year of practical experience.
- Applicable engineering & physics knowledge.
- Knowledge of the Product Development Process.
- Automotive knowledge or background preferred.
