Your Key Responsibilities
- Plan, analyze, and optimize production and logistics systems to enhance operational efficiency and streamline material flow.
- Create and maintain industrial engineering master data related to logistics processes, including routing, bills of materials (BOM), and workcenter logistics.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across the entire value stream, focusing on logistics process improvements, change management, and efficient product launches.
- Evaluate key logistics and production KPIs such as OEE, TEEP, and material handling metrics to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.Perform cost calculations related to product logistics and supply chain operations to aid financial and operational planning.
- Implement workplace and warehouse design improvements through time and motion studies using methods like MTM and REFA, optimizing material handling and storage workflows.
- Plan and manage logistics capacity and investment requirements to ensure timely and cost-effective material availability.
- Develop and maintain Process-Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (P-FMEA) emphasizing logistics processes to improve reliability and reduce supply chain risks.
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of production and logistics systems with a focus on process optimization and industrial engineering tools.
- Understanding of key performance indicators and cost calculation methods relevant to logistics and supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills aligned with logistics process management.
- Effective communication skills and eagerness to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
