Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to plant leadership and team members
  • Support employee onboarding activities and administrative processes as needed
  • Order, track, and maintain office supplies, equipment, and other plant-related materials
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office and administrative needs
  • Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, employee events, town hall meetings and leadership meetings
  • Support execution of employee engagement and recognition events
  • Organize logistics for customer visits, including meeting schedules, catering, travel arrangements, and facility preparations
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentation content
  • Assist with tracking plant metrics, performance indicators, and administrative records
  • Support the Plant Manager with scheduling meetings, calandar management, booking travel, expense reporting and general task management
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employment visa or other sponsorship 

Your Qualifications

Education:

  • Associates degree required

Experience:

  • Previous administrative, office management, executive assistant, or manufacturing support experience preferred
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
