- Sieroniowice (Ujazd district)
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conducting measurement and testing work.
- Inspecting parts/components in goods receipt for quality issues or anomalies.
- System-based recording and processing of complaints according to instructions.
- System-based processing of existing customer complaints.
- Complaints to suppliers (internal/external) with a request for error limitation and corrective actions using standard quality methods.
- Root cause analysis using standard quality methods.
- Support in the analysis of returned items according to instructions.
- Approval and storage of reusable products.
- Coordination of the processing of articles.
- Training of warehouse employees.
- Tasks that align with the nature of the post or arise from operational necessities are to be carried out on the instruction of the supervisor.
Your Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in the logistics field and several years of professional experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Ideally SAP knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- A strong can‑do approach with solution‑oriented mindset.
- Very good command of the Polish language (min. B2 level).
- Very good command of the English language (min. B2 level).
- Knowledge of German is a plus.
