Your Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with a portfolio of customers, including distributor branches and workshops.
- Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
- Ensure that the right products and services are delivered to customers on time.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to maintain confidence and satisfaction.
- Prepare regular progress and visit reports.
- Conduct product training to introduce the programme offering.
- Liaise with the Marketing Department to support promotional and marketing activities.
- Actively participate in team activities.
Your Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Preferably technical or commercial education.
- Category B driving licence and safe driving experience.
- Commercial experience, preferably within the automotive industry, and knowledge of the sector.
- Knowledge of the automotive market.
- English language skills at B2/C1 level or higher.
- Good computer skills, including the Windows environment and Microsoft Office package.
- Practical knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to conduct sales negotiations.
- Creativity, optimism, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High motivation to achieve targets.
- Dynamism and openness to new challenges.
- Willingness to travel.
- Energy and enthusiasm for work that requires conscientiousness, consistency, and a long-term, goal-oriented approach.
