Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • Build trusting relationships with a portfolio of customers
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Ensure that the right products and services are delivered to the customer on time
  • Negotiate contracts with the customer and establish a timeline for performance.
  • Planning to improve customer performance, developing an annual sales budget for the customer.
  • Resolving any issues and problems faced by the customer and dealing with complaints to maintain confidence.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, visit reports and forecast projections with dedicated customer group.
  • Conduct product training to introduce the programme offer.
  • Liaise with marketing department to implement promotional and marketing activities.
  • Participate actively in team activities

Your Qualifications

 

  • Commercial experience, preferably in the automotive industry and knowledge of the industry.
  • Higher education (preferably technical or commercial)
  • Class B driving licence and safe driving experience
  • Knowledge of the automotive market
  • English language skills at least B2/C1 level
  • Good computer skills (Windows environment, Microsoft Office package)
  • Practical knowledge of sales techniques and ability to conduct sales negotiations
  • Creativity, optimism and the ability to work in a team.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong motivation to achieve targets
  • Dynamism and ability to take on new challenges
  • Willingness to travel
  • Energy and enthusiasm for work that requires conscientiousness, regularity and a long-term, goal-oriented approach
