Product & Technical Training Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities

 

Training (Local):

•             Execution of local trainings for Dealers, Schools & Garages

•             Online webinars performance

•             Adapting existing Training materials to local needs

•             Production of local Technical content

•             Delivery of  local cross-functional support.

 

TS Consulting (Local):

•             Deliver remote support to customers,

•             Execute field visits (flying doctor),

•             Perform support on fairs and other events.

 

Warranty & Quality (ArealLocal):

•             Execute Local Technical Warranty claim analysis,

•             Deliver Local Warranty & Quality administration,

•             Coordinate Quality Assurance,

•             Perform Complain management & reporting.

 

Technical services (support Europe technical team):

•             Develop new technologies technical content,

•             Train the trainer in new technologies to upskill our colleagues.

•             React and report technical issues

Your Qualifications &Skills

 

  • Strong technical background
  • Technical middle school or university education on mechanics, electronics, mechatronics or similar
  • Proficiency in English B2/C1
  • Experience in automotive industry in a similar position, min. 3 years,
  • Hands on-skill and experience on mechanics, electrical engineering and hybrid cars
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Automotive passionate
  • Creativity and self-development
