Your Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive handling of orders and management of distributor accounts, ensuring the highest quality standards.
- Monitoring and controlling operational targets (KPIs).
- Supporting complaint and claims processes.
- Updating data in internal systems.
- Developing and updating procedures in line with current business needs.
- Coordinating the flow of information between company departments.
Your Qualifications
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- Polish language proficiency at fluent level.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Highly developed communication skills.
- Very good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage.
