Operations Manager (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience of Distribution Center operations. 
• Overarching management and strategic development of logistics operations in the context of Operational Excellence.  
• Ramp-up and definition of operational processes at the site with the logistics service provider (greenfield).  
• Definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) and guidance of logistics service provider to meet contractual obligations.  
• Monitoring and optimization of internal and external organizational and process workflows.
• Driving creation of initiatives and regular coordination with the site manager and the logistics service provider regarding the implementation of projects for operational process improvement (Continuous Improvement Process). 
• Leading the team and setting expectations for the direct and indirect subordinates.  
• Ensuring delivery capability, budget adherence, investments, and equipment management. 
• Monitoring inventories, warehouse clean-up, and rework.  
• Working closely with all stakeholders (HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and 3PL Logistics Provider) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their area, as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives. 
• Taking proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and among the network. 

Your Qualifications

• Completed bachelor's degree or higher with demonstrated experience in a similar position.  
• Proven experience in a logistics leadership role. 
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a hands-on, proactive mindset. 
• Proven experience in setting up the standards and implementation of complex improvement projects. 
• Ability and willingness to build processes from scratch. 
• Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics processes (inbound/outbound, picking, packaging, inventory). 
• Experience in managing logistics-related projects or operational expansions is a strong advantage. 
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to think strategically while managing operational details. 
• Fluent English and Polish (min. B2), both written and spoken 
• Knowledge of German is a plus. 
• A strong can‑do approach with solution‑oriented mindset.
