Material Resource Planning Specialist (All Genders)

Job Location

• Sieroniowice (Ujazd district)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Regular coordination with Operations as well as Order Processing to ensure optimal capacity allocation both in RDC and Kitting and early identification of expected special circumstances (e.g. high workload peaks, special customer requirements) in the short-, mid- and long-term).  
• Application and participation in the further development of specified capacity planning methodologies.  
• Derivation, parameterization, and maintenance of master data in the system.  
• Conducting demand and capacity matching and plausibility checks.  
• Monitoring delivery reliability along the procurement and production chain and developing solutions to increase transparency in production program planning/capacity forecasts and their optimization in terms of efficiency.  
• Participation in all operational processes for monitoring (KPIs), coordination (prioritization), and execution of all necessary activities within the scope of production program planning, as well as improving these processes.  
• Preparation of reports for regular target/actual reviews.  
• Participation in the further development of standard processes to ensure balanced utilization of operational logistics.  
• Definition, coordination, and execution of activities for the logistics site and beyond within the logistics network of the supply chain, including internal and external departments.  
• Performing standard and ad hoc analyses (e.g. workload quantities, operational backlog, identification of causes of deviations). Preparation of presentations and decision-making templates.  
• Initiation and participation in projects on SCM topics. 

Your Qualifications

• Completed a bachelor's degree with demonstrated experience in a similar position.   
• Fluent English and Polish (min. B2), both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of German is a plus. 
• A strong can‑do approach with solution‑oriented mindset.
