Your Key Responsibilities
- Supervising administrative and operational daily warehouse operations as the major operational interface to the logistics service provider.
- Implementing standards and developing operational processes on the shop floor.
- Supporting the operations organization (e.g., maintaining logistics master data).
- Initiating and implementing continuous improvement measures.
- Providing and maintaining all regular reports and key performance indicators (shop floor management) and implementing measures with the logistics service provider.
Your Qualifications
- Completed bachelor's degree or higher with demonstrated experience in a similar position.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Very good command of the Polish language (min. B2 level) .
- Very good command of the English language (min. B2 level) .
- Knowledge of German is a plus.
- A strong can‑do approach with solution‑oriented mindset.
