Your Key Responsibilities

• Leading sub-projects in the SAP rollout and supporting IT systems.
• Analyzing and identifying process deficiencies and supporting the change process.  
• Analyzing business requirements and deriving technical solution approaches, taking into account SAP technologies (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform).  
• Creating and maintaining architecture and roadmap documentation. Adjusting processes in collaboration with IT and interfaces within the department.  
• Delegating the creation of specifications. Testing, acceptance, and approval of the developed solution.  
• Training key users and departments. 
• Ensuring the post-support of sub-processes in business operations.  
• Managing change requests from departments (e.g., tickets, IT demands, projects).  
• Reviewing feasibility in coordination with IT, interfaces within the group, and within the department.  
• Coordination/support of implementation with the affected departments and, if necessary, with IT.  
• Ensuring testing and documentation of the implemented solution, delegating user training. 
• Leading employees involves professional and disciplinary leadership responsibility for assigned staff, including promotion and assessment of target achievement.  
• Responsibility for achieving sub-area goals, including quality assurance (e.g., using key performance indicators).  
• Cost-conscious use of resources (e.g., personnel, machines, material), resource planning, and management of assigned projects.  
• Responsibility for continuous process optimization. 

Your Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a similar field of study. 
• Fluent in English and Polish (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken. 
• Knowledge of German is a plus. 
• Several years of work experience in a similar position. 
• Good understanding of SAP WM/EWM modules. 
• Familiarity with additional SAP modules is advantageous. 
• Experience in project execution. 
• A strong can-do attitude with a solution-oriented mindset. 
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities. 
• Willingness to travel.
