Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • Active involvement in Personnel Files Digitalization project 
  • Assistance in Personnel File administration
  • Scanning, organizing documents and placing them in the designated tools
  • Support in communicating with and supporting employees in HR related topics 
  • Other administrative tasks: preparing certificates, transfer of documents

Your Qualifications

 

  • Fluent communication skills in English and Polish, both verbally and in writing
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools – Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Responsibility and independence
  • Good detail orientation 
  • Willingness to work in a Warsaw office 
  • Active student status
  • Experience with administrative work, HR would be an advantage
