TL Mechanical Design

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of mechanical production equipment and concepts.
• Steer the design and development of mechanical manufacturing equipment for the SPS.
• Coordinate processes for the development of innovative solutions and future demand.
• Contribute to the further development of the mechanical engineering sector.
• Lead the economic deployment of state-of-the-art technologies.
• Review and approve technical documentation, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Implement the development and mechanical design of special machinery in assembly technology, testing technology, feeding technology, and production technology for the company and for external customers with the goal that the delivered equipment fulfills all technical, economic, and quality requirements.

Long Description

• Management of the Design Team Function with technical, personnel, and organizational responsibility. 
• Participation in defining the strategic orientation and development of production processes in the field of feeding technology, assembly technology, production technology, and testing technology.
• Advising and supporting Production (within the company) with rationalization and automation projects and the procurement of machine systems.
• Participation in the creation of concepts , technical solutions for RFQ and the associated preparation of costings.
• Planning the concepts for inline /new orders/projects and checking implementation with regard to quality, costs, and deadlines.
• Developing and ensuring qualifications of the assigned employees
• Capacity and personnel planning for knowledge based engineering and regular forecast, monitoring and reporting in the organization defined tools. 
• Coordinating resources for the department for the optimum utlization of the capacity

Your Qualifications

• A successfully completed degree in technical studies B.E. Mechanical / Mechatronics / Production 
  Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Automation, 
• Analytical techniques, and several years of professional experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
• Further qualification / Specialization / certificate course on Design / Development / Technology / Management shall be favourable. 
  Specific requirements: 
  Knowledge of the processes in similair Special Machinery / Automation / Machine Manufacutring for Automotive / Industrial / Electronics / E-Mobility area.
  Work Experience :- 10 to 12 years with minimum of ~ 3 years in supervisory / Managerial role with people management.
