TL Maintenance

Your Key Responsibilities

•  To look after 3 shifts break down activities.

  • To look after Maintenance activities.

  • Preventive maintenance planning and maintain in SAP EP1.

  • Monitoring machine health and increase  MTBF (Mean time between failures).

  • Analyzing machine interruptions in scientific way

  • Maintaining & ensuring availability of machine spare parts & advance planning for critical spares

  • Actively work for energy saving project.

  • Responsible for Keeping the machinery and equipment in running condition at all times with zero loss time.

  • Ensuring & supporting production team in productivity improvement measures.

  • Participate in specific excellence drive like FFQ/ MOVE/ SPS and other programs as defined by the organization time to time.

  • Maintain 5S , safety, environment to benchmarking standard.

  • Managing contractors & monitoring their activities.

  • Follow work instructions / checklists and other required documentation at all stages.

Your Qualifications

Qualification : Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics.

Experience : 6-15 years in the field of maintenance. Preferably in engineering industry & exposure to handle CNC machine.

Critical Competancy :

- Good manpower management skill.

- Cost consciousness - Knowledge latest technology to reduce cost, experience in LCA and energy management

- Knowledge and skill of electrical machines/switch gear/protection system.

- Maintain Safety standards and Environment standards at work.

- Experince on CNC and SPM machines maintenance.

- Hands on skill of PLC program/VFD/HMI.

- Should be conversant with SAP, IATF/ISO, EMS, OHSAS, 5S & TPM standards , documentation & possess strong analytical skills.

Knowledge of Furnace-Heat treatment processes will be added advantage.
