Your Key Responsibilities

  • Be the team player in new supplier development project.

    •Follow up corrective action of supplier in case of quality problems & rejection pertaining to input material.

    •Visit, Audit & train supplier with a team and improve supplier quality continuously.

    •Support plant Quality Manager / Incoming inspection Manager on special task.

    •Ensure release of Goods Receipt slips & other data entries in SAP as per procedure.

    •To ensure calibration of available of inspection equipment & gauges.

    •Support supplier in measurement query through measurement Harmonization if needed

    •PPAP Samples Inspection Completion & Floating information to concerns.

    •Document updation / preparation like Work instruction, Inspection Plan, Inspection Report.

    •Analysis of quality complaints pertaining to input material quality and fixing and monitoring of corrective actions thereon.

    •Monitoring KPIs of Incoming Inspection & actions to achieve the same if any.

    •Follow AAR & IRIS requirements and same to be reflect in relevant documents.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5years experience in Quality

    Control of precision component manufacturing/ automobile industry.

    •Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, 8D essential.

    •Aware about supplier quality Management Concepts.

    •ISO 9001/IATF 16949 trained

    •Computer literate.
