Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates training, deploys own training sessions, and conducts workshops as per advice to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned organization area.
- Investigate and analyze function-specific data, information, and prepare reports, correspondence and/or statistics.
- Deploy and train basic lean management methods and knowledge in standardized training sessions (1 to 2 h).
- Support SPS Professionals in preparing trainings and reviews.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the SPS and share best practices.
Your Qualifications
- Vocationally trained
- 3 to 5 years
OR
- Bachelor degree
- 3 to 5 years
