Your Key Responsibilities
Flexi test machine operating, make Part’s G-codes, Check part and identify burn part and do further analysis.
2. To do the Etching for burn finding on the parts.
3. Perform metallurgical testing of Incoming stage material as per Inspection plan within line with applicable group standard.
4. Perform chemical testing of Incoming stage material as per Inspection plan within line with applicable grope standard
5. To support Production – Checking of Laser marking depth, Internal complaint, customer complaint / field failure part Metallurgical analysis etc.
6. Perform daily plausibility test of All Hardness tester, Spectro meter.
7. To take active participation for improvements and training sessions. 8. Co-ordinate for equipment Calibration activity & update in
Your Qualifications
Education: Diploma Engineering Experience: Experience of Minimum 3 Year in a job or similar job description. Other: Good, clear & effective communication.
