Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete quality team (Shop floor quality, finish goods delivery) for the segment.
- Budget planning, quality achievements in the production area as per short term & long term goal.
- Responsible and accountable for segment quality, maintain cost of poor quality .
- Lead team in customer audits, supplier audits, certification / surveillance audits in the segment.
- Responsible for implementation of Fit For Quality( FFQ ), Layered audit and Kaizen systems in the segment.
- Prepare Countermeasure to adverse situation well ahead of time.
- Interaction with HQ-quality, BU-quality, Corporate-quality department and align the local process accordingly.
- Achieve all defined Quality KPI’s , put CAPA plan and monitor effectively.
- Promote harmony and Teamwork by motivation and participation
Your Qualifications
- Qualification : Masters/ Bachelors Degree in Engineering in Engineering
- Experience : 10-14 years in manufacturing area.
- Critical Competency :
- Quality knowledge of ISO / IATF / QC tools / FMEA / PPAP
- Four Schaeffler Inter-personal competencies - Willingness to change, Customer - focus, Goal focus and Team play
- Grinding process and automatic assembly concepts
- Experience of inprocess control and measurement instrument.
- Poke yoke development and process improvement
