Your Key Responsibilities

  •  Drive daily troubleshooting, improvements and ensure sustenance of product cleanliness.
  •  To Establish, Maintain & Improve Product Technical Cleanliness as per Schaeffler Standards
  • Provide training to the operators and regular shopfloor sensitization on cleanliness
  • Finalizing concept for new technology, new requirements, pre-acceptance, final acceptance, installation and ramp – up of new machines.
  • Provide training to the operators and regular shopfloor sensitization on cleanliness
  • CIP improvement in cleaning systems and monitoring KPIs

Your Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of different types of cleaning media ie. aqueous based, solvent based
  • Good knowledge of various cleaning machine types ie. Batch cleaning, Continous conveyor cleaning, drum washers etc.
  • Having knowledge of cleanliness testing methods ie. gravimetry, particle count, milipore etc.
  • Have knowledge of leading machine manufacturers ie. - Ecoclean, NGCT, Clean Energy etc...
  • Have knowledge of leading cleaning chemical suppliers ie. - SurTec, Henkel, Exxon Mobil etc...
  • Have information on latest trends in surface treatment
  • Have strong technical background in surface treatment
