Mgr. Production Maintenance

Your Key Responsibilities

• Implements maintenance standards, spares management, and defines maintenance schedules and processes to ensure the availability of all manufacturing machines for Maneja Site. 
• Ensure implementation of approved methods, procedures and tools, manage budgets and resources as agreed.
• Define maintenance-specific processes and schedules, in cooperation with SC and/or production planning.
• Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, across all assigned Production Segments. 
• Contribute to design, layout, realization and/or optimization of technical infrastructure.
• Manage cooperation with external suppliers and maintenance service providers.
• Ensuring all department staff adhere to the safety policies and procedures. 
• Overseeing equipment stock & placing orders for new supplies
• Generate various MIS as per management requirement. 
• Regular inspections of the facilities / utilities / machines. 
• Responsible for team mentoring / development & governance of entire Plant Maintenance procedures. 

Your Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or Diploma in Mechanical 
• 15 to 20 years of experience in Plant Maintenance, preferably from Bearing industry. 
• Must have knowledge / experience in Machine Rebuilding. 
• Strong knowledge of engineering concepts including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. 
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications & schematics.
• Good communication skills & effective stakeholder management skills required. 
• Must have SAP knowledge. 
• Good team Management skills.
