Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving Tool Production planning, Scheduling, and monitoring production activity based on the targets.
- Optimization of man, machine and resource utilization to satisfying the demand.
- Responsible for Quality, Cost, Delivery,5S+2 at all time
- Responsible for Leading various project related to function
- To drive EHS and safety related activities in the function
- Must have work experience in SAP modules for Tool Engineering which consist of Tool Design and Tool Manufacturing.
- Managing Design and Development of Tooling and Fixtures
- Must have knowledge of TS documentation specific on IATF 16949 and handling of audit activities
- Must have work experience on Design, Analysis and CNC programming software.
Your Qualifications
B. Tech Tool engineering / BE Mechanical/ IGTR/ NTTF/CTTC with more than 15 years of experience in Tool Manufacturing and Tool design in SAP environment. Must have proficiency of Quality Management system. Excellent Man management skill and Presentation skill
