Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the development and continuous improvement of mechanical production equipment and concepts.
• Design and develop mechanical manufacturing equipment for the Company Production System.
• Define processes for the development of innovative solutions and future demand.
• Support the further development of the mechanical engineering sector.
• Deploy state-of-the-art technologies.
• Create technical documentation, drawings, and specifications in compliance with industry standards.
• Develop the structure of the mechanical system from the architecture and consider the measures from the risk analysis in the construction.
• Break down structures into subsystems and components and create a detailed product specification.
• Check whether existing subsystems and components can be reused.
• Develop alternative structures and select the one that is most suitable.
• Ensure double-sided traceability with the mechanical architecture and provide work results under a configuration management (material designation, versioning, storage location, etc.)
• Executing projects and assuming responsibility as regulated in
• IN ZS 06018 (Special Machinery Development Process) and P173200-20 (Project Management in Special Machinery)
• Achieving agreed-upon project goals (content, quality, deadline, costs) and fulfilling the project order
• Regularly presenting project status and project progress/ maturity or reporting on it in writing
• Applying the project management method and tools
• Technical management of the project team members
• Preparing concepts and collaborating with clarifying concepts with the customer
• Collaborating with preparing quotations
• Carrying out required calculations and tests ; Preparing layouts, drafts, and 3D models ;Detailing and preparing bills of materials ;Selecting suppliers for mechanical components
• Supervising and monitoring design documents ;Preparing risk assessments and process descriptions ;Responsible for fluid plans and their monitoring
• Technical contact person for the special machinery built, even after it has been delivered
• Responsible to provide support while Installation and commissioning at site
• Mentor for employee training in his/her area
• Complying and collaborating with the preparation of standards, instructions, and procedures
• In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his/her superior that are essentially related to his/her duties.

Your Qualifications

• A successfully completed degree in technical studies or Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechtronics, Production Engineering /  Industrial Engineering
• Strong experience in Machine Design , Automation Engineering with Application Development using CAD tool Creo and WindChill used in special machine construction.
• Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in Automation Machine Design, EMS, PCB Components or Processing Machines, Automatic Lines, SemiAutomatic or Manaual Stations.
